📋 Appointment Policies • Deposits are non-refundable. • Canceling, not showing up, or arriving more than 5 minutes late to a 30+ min service may result in a 100% service charge (loss of deposit + remaining balance). • Brow design/wax or any 15-minute services have no grace period, so please plan to arrive right on time. • Rescheduling or canceling last minute (less than 72 hours before your appointment) will result in the loss of your deposit. • Rescheduling: Please use the online booking site at least 72 hours in advance. Less notice will require a new booking and deposit. • PMU services: Cannot be rescheduled or transferred. • Brow design/wax: 15-minute services with no grace period, so please plan to arrive right on time. • We work with clients back-to-back, so being late affects the next client’s appointment. Out of respect for everyone’s time, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and deposits will be forfeited. • All appointments must be managed through the booking site. Calls, texts, or social media messages may take 3+ business days for a reply. • Location: 4803 Plaza Blvd, Building 8, Suite 804, or at building 1 in same plaza Odessa, TX.
