cancellation/noshow/late arrival policy Booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable. cancelling a booked appointment – showing later than 5 minutes into an appointment that is 30 minutes or more in time or worse, simply not showing up for an appointment – are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service charge which means to the loss of the booking deposit plus the charge of the remaining balance. If you cancel your appointment online without reaching to me for rescheduling you lose your deposit, please be careful when booking and make sure the day and time works for you. Rescheduling must be done directly via text with me (432-924-2902) with a notice of 72 hours. Be ready to text your full name , current appointment details and your new request appointment time and date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, less than 72 hours is not posible and means the loss of deposit. PMU services are nontransferable and cannot be rescheduled. Please Plan accordingly If you would like to be serviced you would need a new booking with a new deposit . Regular brow design and wax appointments are only 15 minutes long including checkout please be in the office at your schedule time as these do not have a 5 minute grace period , only appointments longer than 30 minutes do . This is to ensure that I as a provider can keep a timely schedule as curtesy to the others being serviced who manage to be on time . If you Arrive late I can refuse service and deposit is non refundable. Please make arrangements prior to coming to your appointments if this is your first time , traffic delays are expected so please leave with plenty of time . We are located on 2817 JBS parkway ,1 park place Plaza inside of building A , we are suite 102 . in Odessa Texas . We are 100% digital, phone calls are never answered during work hours as I am a solo provider , any questions please refer back to the same booking platform , all necessary info is located here .
